Clopay Building Products is the largest manufacturer of residential and commercial garage doors in North America, headquartered in Mason, Ohio. Founded in 1964, Clopay produces steel, wood, aluminum, and composite garage doors across a wide range of styles and price points — from builder-grade flush steel panels to premium carriage-house wood and glass designs — and distributes through home improvement retailers, building material dealers, and garage door dealers nationwide.

Clopay is a subsidiary of Griffon Corporation and operates three primary door brands: Clopay for residential and commercial garage doors, Ideal Door sold through Menards, and Holmes Garage Door Company. The company manufactures at facilities across the United States and maintains one of the largest garage door product lines in the market.

For commercial projects, Clopay offers a full line of sectional garage doors, rolling steel doors, fire-rated doors, and high-speed doors tested to ANSI/DASMA standards with documented design pressure ratings for wind-load jurisdictions.
